FocalPoint Corp., Inc. will use certain information we obtain relating to you, including name, title, company, address, email address, phone numbers, etc. when entered by a visitor and use such information for its internal business and marketing practices. We may also send our members special offers from qualified businesses and organizations that we feel will benefit our employers and job-seekers. Through our process of assisting our employers and job-seekers, we will obtain, directly or indirectly, and store information you generate through your use of our on-line and in office services. We will require certain personal information from you to activate and maintain from time to time your resume updates from our recruits and job posting specifics from our clients. For the Job-Seeker, the typical information needed would be those associated with obtaining a job with any organization and only when the time arrives (such as name, address, work history, Educational background, I-9 information, Social Security Number, Green card, and other information that denotes your legal work status in the United States of America. For the employer the typical information needed would be those associated with obtaining an employee for your specific needs and only when the time arrives (such as title, job duties, salary and or commissions, travel, bonuses, benefits, etc...)

Note that weather you are a Job seeker or an Employer, all information is treated "confidential" and is submitted or discussed only with your permission to do so. These sites are owned and operated independently of FocalPoint, and have their own separate privacy and data collection practices. We will provide for a monthly fee access to applicant information to all employers that agree to our confidentiality agreements pertaining to the use of our search engine/database; Note that all information that potential employers have access to are viewed without the job seekers name and current employers information, but replaced with a designated "number" in the place of their/your name and "current company" in the place of their/your company name. This will allow our clients to peruse our database of highly technical and passive candidates at their lazier, allowing them to email FocalPoint the candidates THEY feel would be qualified for their opening(s).

If we have reason against someone who may be violating this site's terms of use, violating FocalPoint's or other's rights or causing injury to or interference with FocalPoint’s or other property interests or it is required by law and in the interest of "National Security" your Profile and/or Registration will be suspended indefinitely
